研究员,博士生导师,国家级海外青年人才计划入选者。2017年于暨南大学获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。同年赴美国Mayo Clinic开展博士后研究,2023年起任Mayo Clinic药理学系助理教授。期间曾获Edward C. Kendall Fellowship in Biochemistry Award,并主持两项Mayo Clinic早期职业生涯发展基金项目。2025年起加入中国科学院杭州医学研究所担任课题组长。研究聚焦于DNA损伤应答调控网络及其在肿瘤发生发展、放化疗耐受的分子机制。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature、Molecular Cell(3篇)、Nature communications(2篇)等国际主流杂志发表9篇学术论文,其中1篇入选ESI统计的高被引论文。
课题组运用经典的生物化学与分子生物学方法,结合先进的单分子实验、超分辨率显微成像及蛋白质组学等技术,构建以DNA损伤应答通路为切入点的研究体系,聚焦DNA代谢核心事件(DNA损伤、重组与DNA复制),系统解析其在肿瘤发生发展及放化疗耐受中的分子机制,旨在为肿瘤精准治疗提供新的理论依据与潜在靶点。研究方向包括但不限于:
1. DNA代谢与肿瘤治疗耐受机制;
2. DNA复制与转录机器的调控机制;
3. 基于多组学与交叉学科方法研究DNA损伤修复通路与肿瘤治疗。
