宋金召
宋金召,中国科学院医学所特聘研究员、国科大杭州高等研究院双聘教授,博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所。自2013年起,先后在加州大学洛杉矶分校医学院和宾夕法尼亚大学工程学院从事博士后研究。回国前,担任宾夕法尼亚大学研究助理教授,作为PI和co-PI成功获得了NIH K01和NIH R21两项科研项目的资助和一项创业孵化基金的资助,总金额~130万美元,并获NIH“科学家发展奖”、美国临床化学会“精准医疗青年科学家奖”。回国后,入选了浙江省海外高层次人才引才计划创新长期项目和浙江省卫生高层次创新人才项目。
主要致力于智能分子诊断方法、试剂、检测仪器及肿瘤标志物研究,通过分析化学、分子生物学以及工程技术(机械、电子、计算机、人工智能等)的多学科交叉研究发展了一系列分子诊断的新原理、新方法和新装置。1)首次将原核Argonaute蛋白(pAgo)作为一种可编程核酸内切酶引入到分子诊断领域中,建立了高灵敏的稀有突变基因富集及检测方法,成功用于了胰腺癌的液体活检,并丰富了分子诊断的“工具酶箱”。2)建立了多个即时分子诊断体系,针对寨卡和新冠病毒所建立的即时核酸快检方法已被用于此两种病毒的检测。近年来,以第一/通讯作者在分子诊断领域top期刊发表论文16篇,包括Nucleic Acids Res.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Clin. Chem.、Biosensors & Bioelectronics、Anal. Chem.等,申请国际、国内专利15项,已推出了分子POCT核酸快检产品和超灵敏肿瘤液体活检产品,并已成立公司(杭州逸检科技)进行转化推广。
