中国科学院BR计划获得者,浙江省领军人才。课题组长期致力于“不可成药”蛋白质相互作用的靶向干预,重点开发核酸适体抑制剂及其在疾病治疗中的应用。在核酸适体理性设计、作用机制解析及转化应用等方面取得系列成果,相关研究以第一或通讯作者发表在Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Cell Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、Advanced Science, Nucleic Acids Research等期刊,为竞争性核酸适体干预“不可成药”蛋白质互作提供新工具和新思路。课题组先后获得国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划、浙江省自然科学基金等多项资金支持。
