罗华程
罗华程,研究员,博士生导师,国家级高层次人才项目入选者,浙江省海外高层次人才计划(创新长期项目)入选者。先后在美国佛罗里达大学和美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学从事科研工作,曾获得美国白血病基金会(LRF)和美国国家癌症研究所(NCI)的科研资助。目前,课题组专注于恶性肿瘤发生发展中的分子调控网络解析,并探索功能核酸在肿瘤治疗中的新策略,主要研究领域:1). 揭示功能核酸靶向m6A甲基化酶在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的调控机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用探索;2). 阐明长链非编码RNA调控染色质三维结构在造血系统和白血病发生中的分子机理;3). 胰腺癌早期诊断的生物标志物挖掘及胰腺炎癌转化的分子机制解析。研究团队已经在肿瘤基因组学、染色质三维空间结构组学、RNA表观遗传学和表观组学等领域获得了突破性进展。相关研究成果以第一或通讯作者发表在Cancer Cell (封面文章), Blood (封面文章), Molecular Cell (封面文章), Leukemia, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Oncogene, Advanced Science, Cell Reports等国际权威期刊。
