个人简历

博士,中国科学院·杭州医学研究所,特聘研究员,2018年在美国Texas A&M University获得博士学位。浙江省卫生高层次人才(创新人才),中国生物物理学会钙离子信号分会青年委员会副主任;美国The Biophysical Society ( 会员 ),美国 The American Society for Cell Biology ( 会员 )。主要研究方向:光遗传学有时空分辨率和可逆等特点,荆吉研究员按照“应用基础研究—光遗传学工具开发—应用转化〞的思路,进行光遗传学工具的开发与转化应用的探索。主要成果包括:1) 开发可逆调控内质网和细胞膜相互作用的光控工具,用以研究细胞膜蛋白质、脂质分布和钙信号通路;2) 精准控制蛋白质细胞膜定位,控制其功能和完整性,并用生物发光/上转换纳米技术,建立光控炎性-程序性细胞死亡的体内动物模型,应用于研究抗肿瘤治疗;3) 设计光控生物素连接酶系统,优化蛋白质邻近标记技术,提高在活细胞中研究蛋白质相互作用的精度。相关研究成果,为研究细胞器的功能和相互作用提供了具有时间/空间精度和可逆的技术手段。目前,以第一作者或通讯作者在 Nature Cell Biology(2篇)、Advanced Science、Chemical Science、Genome Medicine和Journal of Biological Chemistry等杂志发表研究型论文多篇,总引用2000余次。多次受邀参加国际会议EMBO Workshop 、Gordon Research Conference、Biophysical Society Annual Meeting 和 Keystone Symposia 做主题报告;作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金(面上)项目,浙江省自然科学基金-重大项目,参与国家重点研发计划。2023年获浙江省科学技术进步一等奖。
